BLAINE ROY AND SECOND WIND SET TO PERFORM IN OPELOUSAS

January 9, 2017

Opelousas, LA - 2016 was a big year for Scott, LA native, Blaine Roy and his band Second Wind.  Not only did Blaine Roy score and number 1 record with "Paper and Pen," but Blaine Roy and Second Wind also received an invitation to perform at the 2016 CMA Music Festival in Nashville at none 1, but 2 different venues.

Due to the success of Paper & Pen, 2016 was a very busy year for Blaine Roy and Second Wind, and 2017 will be no different.  The band will continue to find new material to record and will continue to bring their music to fans from all across Louisiana with new bookings.

Friday, January 27th, Blaine Roy and Second Wind will bring their unique, yet traditional country sound to the stage at Beau's Garage in Opelousas. The show is scheduled to start at 8 PM with special guest Capser McWade set to open the show.  McWade is an up and coming "outlaw" country artist from Oklahoma looking to branch out.  Blaine Roy and Second Will will take the stage at 9 PM.

Tickets for this event are on sale now at Beau's Garage in Opelousas (125 N. Court St) or online at eventbrite.com.
